For North London estate agent Hugh Grover Associates, Blacksheep sought to convey the preciousness of each property for sale by creating bespoke, mirror-surround, ‘jewellery box’ displays for each house, set within a completely new storefront and with a dynamic lighting treatment, especially at night.  As a long-standing independent in the area, Hugh Grover Associates wished to underline its uniqueness, sophistication and differentiation from other run-of-the-mill, hard-sell estate agent chains.  Blacksheep’s concept allowed that to happen by increasing the storefront display potential by 115%, as well as letting the whole offer continue to work long after the staff had left the building.
