A super-slick 3,760 sq ft marketing suite and workspace for leading property developers, serving as the company's base for the development and promotion of the 1,016 ft-high and 72-floor architectural landmark The Shard of Glass (by Renzo Piano) and the wider London Bridge Quarter development, due to complete in 2012.  The high quality, monochrome scheme has a clean, architectural emphasis, serving as a boardroom and general workspace for staff, as well as a presentation suite for meeting with and presenting to investors for the overall scheme.  The design is predominantly in white, with feature areas in black for added dramatic emphasis.
